A range of low cost self assembly signal kits to our new tooling with true to life OO scaling and modelled on real signals in North Norfolk.
To make wiring easy the LEDs are presoldered onto PCB 'sticks' which just pass through a 5mm or larger hole made in the baseboard and your wires can either be wrapped around and taped or soldered on.
The signals can either be wired to conventional switches and supplied by 12-15 volts DC or a 9V battery (resistors supplied) or controlled by DCC via a DCC signal controller / decoder like the Train-Tech SC1/SC2 or other third party DCC decoders from Hornby, ESU, Lenz, NCE etc.
(LED signals are common negative)

Kit as the above basic kit but includes 2,3 or 4 LEDs pre-fitted onto long narrow PCB to go through your baseboard.
You solder your signal control wires to the PCB.

Signal Kits are now available fitted with left/right feathers or theatre indicators as shown below.
Theatres and feathers are also available separately to fit onto other makes of signal and can be controlled by a switch with DC or by a DCC decoder. (2 solder connections required).

) Signal Head Kits with LEDs
Signal Heads kits are ideal for mounting onto signal gantries or your own signal posts. LEDs are prefitted on a compact board which fits in the head which you wire to a decoder, switch or automatic signal controller . A Feather or Theatre can also be fitted. Kit includes LED board, head casing, fine wire, resistors. Note fine soldering is required.

) Ground Position signal kits
These are easily mounted through a hole in the baseboard and can be controlled either by a standard switch using DC or by DCC using a decoder. All include pre-fitted LED's, casing and resistors.
